I'VE TRIED MEDITATION BEFORE BUT MY MIND WAS TOO BUSY....

In Vedic Meditation, we don't quiet the mind, and we don't control our thoughts. We use a simple technique while sitting comfortably with our backs supported. We allow the mind to think while the mantra guides us towards subtler states of awareness.

HOW IS VEDIC MEDITATION DIFFERENT FROM MINDFULNESS?

Unlike Mindfulness Meditation, which requires a point of focus and intense concentration, we simply allow the mind and body to rest - the mantra does all the work, making this meditation very easy and convenient for the person who has responsibilities, things to do and a never-ending parade of thoughts that just won't quiet down..

DOES VEDIC MEDITATION CONFLICT WITH MY RELIGIOUS BELIEFS?

Not at all. Vedic Meditation is not a religion and does not require that you believe in anything (other than yourself :). Vedic Meditation is a simple, mental technique that can be done by anyone, regardless of religious beliefs, or lack there of.
